Paul has primarily operated as a sole contractor – “FITWEB CONSTRUCTIONS” has been an operating TRADING NAME since 1982.
Paul formed the business into a company structure in 2008 – “FITWEB CONSTRUCTIONS PTY LTD”
The primary focus of the construction business has been a mixture of New Homes, Extensions, Renovations, Commercial Construction, various remodelling, and enhancement projects. Additionally, a high degree of sub-contracting roles across a vast array of construction formats has seen the business continue until the present day.
- PERSONAL ALLIED CONSTRUCTION ROLES
In 1995 Paul transitioned into the role of a Technical Marketing Consultant with a National Industry Group – Cement and Concrete Australia
During this period the roles were primarily interfacing with Industry Contractors providing technical material and application support
The role included technical training in all construction aspects, technical training on-site and in ‘paid for seminars’ as a Registered Trainer, and the writing of technical documents from Briefing Notes, Textbooks, presentations and working with allied Industry Groups and technical writing on secondment for associated and allied Industry Groups, such as APMC, CMAA, CIA, HIA, QMBA, UDIA. The role facilitated engaging with international clients and global technical consultants.
- INDEPENDENT BUSINESS ROLES: GAMING APPS
In 2008 Paul founded and operated a gaming app company – “Vaporosity Entertainment” – creating and developing a range of online gaming apps that were operational on IOS and Android platforms.
Due to family constraints, family relocation and a return to an active construction role, this venture was ceased in 2012.
